-- 1 follow up assessment to ensure that changes are properly implemented
-- Private informational portal for posting videos and summaries through CoachNow
-- Initial questionnaire to help best understand your strengths and weaknesses
 
Program Notes
-- Upon registering for an online lesson, you will receive an e-mail invitation to your CoachNow space in 1-2 days. 
-- At that time, you can complete the online questionnaire 
-- Lessons are available on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited.
-- Average repsonse time is 3-5 days after upload
